The final results came as a bit of a shock to us all, mainly because Max Horseman had stormed all his games (including beating
Adrian McWalter) and looked odds-on favourite. That old tortoise
John Dale managed to sneak into first place though, largely thanks to a fantastic last game, and Paul Hartshorne did for
Martin Bunting to claim third spot. It just goes to show that you can't count your chickens at this standard of Warhammer!
