It was only a month ago that the boys journeyed up to Blackpool to Rumble with the Ribbles, so when the Dragon Slayers' Bash came around so quickly it felt like we'd only just got out of West Beirut with all our limbs attached (although our sanity is a different matter). Unfortunately Greg couldn't make it this time, so it was only Smithy and I that braved the snow and heavy lorries to get to Sheffield and play toy soldiers with fifty-odd other geeks. We made it, but I for one won't be going Bolsover way again...
