Another policeman, Nathan's superiors often use him as a "sniffer" thanks to his rather large nose and strange spaniel-like ears, although it's not always advisable to remind him of this during a game. Large nose jokes aside, we all love him for the way in which he can look like Michael Douglas, Steve Cram and Ernest Borgnine at the same time, but we can do without the Alan Titchmarsh impressions and no mistake. Nathan is now married and consequently throws his last game at a tournament in order to nip off to jumble sales and whist drives at the local Women's Institute with his wife, searching in vain for a larger hat. |
