Just to let you know I've spoken to Dale and passed on your contact details as requested. Dale's said that they are having a committee meeting tomorrow to see what they are going to do.
Until the commitee has decided he can't give a definite answer, but he reckons they will only need to purchase 7 boards. I have mentioned that the Dragon Slayers are willing to pay 50% towards the boards; however the boards will be owned by Dale's club on the condition that if anyone from the DS / MWC want to run an event at the Gas Club that will be fine (that means that they are in effect Dale's clubs boards).
However if they only purchase 7 then the DS will still have to buy 6 boards to replace the MWC boards you have kept in Sheffield.
I hope this is okay; I'll let you know more if I find out anymore.
