In this scenario, originally used in the
Sheffield Slaughter 2001, you realise ground sacred to your race is either in the hands of the enemy or close to being. You must recover and hold it for the greater glory of your kin!

Objective
Every player must bring an objective marker for the fourth game of the tournament. These should fit on a square or round 40mm base and must be appropriate for your army. For example, a Chaos army could use a pile of skulls, a Lizardmen army could take a totem, and so on.
Before deployment of armies, both players must place their objective markers randomly within the enemy’s half of the table. Roll a D6 to determine which edge you begin measuring from (1-3 left, 4-6 right), 4D6 to decide where to place it along the width of the table, and 6D6 to determine where to place it along the length.
For example, if your first roll is 1, your second roll is 12 and your third roll is 26, you must place the marker 12” in from your opponent’s edge of the table and 26” in from your left hand side of the table. If terrain gets in the way, move the marker as appropriate.
Note that the marker is not counted as an obstacle on the battlefield.
