The baggage train is unbreakable and is counted as a defended obstacle. The crew will defend it to the death and may never leave it to pursue or overrun an enemy.
Shooting attacks will only hit the baggage train itself—the crew are considered to hide themselves well enough.
Each player may deploy his baggage train as if it were another unit in his army, except that it may only be placed up to 6” in from the table edge. It is not counted as a war machine and may be placed whenever the player chooses. The baggage train can move, but cannot march.
If the baggage train is destroyed, the crew are considered to be destroyed also.
